How we work
We are a duct and vent cleaning company operating out of 9200 Stony Point Pkwy in Richmond. Our work is residential air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, vent and register cleaning, and commercial duct cleaning for offices, retail and multi-tenant properties in the area.
Most calls we get start the same way: someone pulled a register cover off, did not like what they saw, and wanted a straight answer about what it would cost to deal with. So that is how we run the estimate — we count the vents, find the air handler, look at how the ducts are routed, and quote the job in front of you.
Richmond housing stock ranges from prewar city homes to subdivisions finished last decade, and the duct work reflects that range. We do not pretend a single method covers all of it. Rigid metal, flex duct in a crawlspace, and rooftop commercial trunk lines each get handled differently, with equipment appropriate to the material.
We make no claims about certifications, ratings or health outcomes on this site. What we will tell you is exactly what we plan to clean, how long it should take, and what it costs. Everything else you can judge from the work.

If a run does not need cleaning, we say so. If a repair belongs to an HVAC contractor rather than to us, we say that too.
